DRG Author installer

This software Helps to construct, re-program and build the binaural sequences in .drg format.

This is under GPL and my contribution here is to provide a clean installer package which includes all the necessary components. All credits are hereby acknowledged towards the previous developers and project beginer khattam.khattam*gmail*com as well as sbagen project which is the backbone for this.

Please refer the Read Me file for further assistance.

The program should work fine under Windows 7 and windows Vista.

Just RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR.

If the program does not work In Windows XP or any windows OS, change the compatibilty mode to Windows 2000. {Drg_author.exe   ; Click Properties, go to the Compatibility Tab, and change it to Windows2000 and click apply}

Works with all GUI versions of Windows including Windows 10 x64 and x86.

For OS such as Windows 2000,  XP, or Even Windows 11, (or Wine in the Linux systems) you may need additional library files to get the application work properly. Get them from here: Library files. Remember to RUN AS ADMINISTRATOR for DRG author in Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8 and later Os. (If normal mode didn't work for you)

You may need Sbagen or I-doser Player to utilize this app. Audio device and Sterio headphones are necessary to test the binaural outcome.

Note: I have published this app only because the original author claims that 'DRG Author' comes under GPL. Moreover, there is no intention to hurt any 'money making' companies.

Make sure you know what you are doing with this application.

Disclaimer: We suggest, never ever use pirated dose files, which are actually claimed as the work of those companies, and according to me, that may remain theirs until you buy them legally. If you have purchased them, legally no one could stop you opening its sequence from temp directory or by using this DRG authour, as no such restriction/agreement can be put on opening the file (and file format ) which is derived from a open source project. 

And if you got .drg files from your friend, or from any source, and if you think that you are authorised to open them, do it at your own responsibility. You are hereby given accessibility only to use the DRG Author application for its legally intended use. This includes all the privileges and rights of GNU licence and the right to modify, develop or use its  source code in any manner as per the GNU Licence. We neither authorize anyone nor do we hinder / restrict ANY authorization or influence any SELF MADE CHOICE to open the .drg files originated from any source or work.

It has been created with a legal (legitimate and licenced) Visual Studio in a legal (legitimate and licenced) version of Windows XP Professional SP2. It does not contain any illegal(or unauthorized) codes or such. Codes for RC4 and Base64 decryption have been taken from open source softwares. The source for testing SBGs is a modified version of the source of s1.dll included in the IDoser "Code" folder. This is under GPL and is legal because it includes the modified source with every release. This program is free software; you can redistribute it and/or modify it under the terms of the GNU General Public License as published by the Free Software Foundation, version 2.
